Restore phone after jailbreak
I just bought an IPhone 4 recently that came with 4.3.3 os and 4.10.01 baseband so I decided to use Jailbreame.com to jailbreak it which worked flawlessly.
Anyways I realized I'm having some problems with the home button and I feel like the battery is draining pretty fast but I really don't know.
Let's say I wanted to restore it back without losing my baseband how would I do this? I downloaded TinyUmbrella on my Mac Pro and saved the SHSH so would I just go to ITunes and hit restore -> pick the 4.3.3 ipsw and make the TSS server is running.
I'm hoping that Apple will check the phone and just decide to give me a new phone or fix the current one? I hope when they give me a new one they give me one with an old OS like 4.3.5 and not 5.0. Do any of you have experience with getting a new phone from a warranty?
Thanks!

You can restore again as described by you . Usually an exchange of a refurbished one.

You have a 99.9% chance of getting a new iPhone running 5.01. My gf broke her phone a month ago and they replaced it with one on 5.0. The tethered jailbreak really isn't bad with the semitether tho. You just have to weigh your options, possible bad battery and messed up homebutton on 4.3.3 or semitethered JB on iOS 5.01
If you return it, make sure you restore it first, they won't honor your warranty if the phone is jb'd
