Tried SIRI GUI on 3GS iso5.0 - Can't get into DFU Mode - phone not working HELP

I tried to install the SIRI GUI onto my 3GS running on ISO 5.0.

It either stays on the White apple logo or on the recovery mode screen, I am unable to get the phone into DFU mode, the phone is not working.

The phone has been jailbroken with redsn0w


Any help would be appreciated.

Should've never installed the GUI. Now your gonna have to restore. Restore it then wallah.

One problem. iOS 5.0 is no longer available. Only fw that you have blobs for or 5.0.1.

I have blobs for 5.0

I have now been able to get into DFU mode, but get 1600 error when trying to restore to 5.0. When I try to restore to factory settings I get 2005.

Any help would be appreciated, lesson learnt ......

Can't restore to Ios5, blobs don't work the way they did with Ios4, once they stop signing a firmware, for the moment thats it, no one can return to that particular firmware.

Only choice you have it restore to latest firmware 5.0.1 and lose your jailbreak, or restore back to an Ios4 version that you have blobs for that can be jailbroken. You will need to wait likely until a tethered jb comes out for the upcoming Ios 5.1
