IOS 5/5.0.1 1/4 screen problem
Yep I had it after adding afc2add 1.01 Yes
It then really got screwed up, someone thinks that afc2add is ready for IOS5..........why did it screw up my phone so much?
I mean its unusable after it was applied

I'm restoring and re JB a 2 to 3 hour chore

my device was acting like jailbroken and not jailborken after removing it and the 1/4 screen bug continued anyway

After restore and rejailbreak it seems fixed

Ran into the same problem. Tried so many things to fix it, but I couldn't fix it. In the end, I came up with a solution. Actually, I upgraded Activator in the morning via Cydia. Since then, I've been trying to fix this issue. I knew that it happened due to Activator but I had no access to Cydia and iPhone screen response. Luckily, I found a fix. I'm posting it so that it may help others.

1. iFunbox -> RAW File System
2. Search for "Activator"
3. Delete all files shown in results.

Restart your iPhone (if you have semi-tethered phone, "tether boot" via redsn0w)
