iPhone 3GS updated to iOS 5 turning off and getting to recovery loop itself.

Hey guys. So I have upgraded my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5 thru custom sn0wbreeze firmware and everything worked fine for few mins, then iPhone turned off and get to recovery loop. Now when I'm trying to boot it thru redsn0w its opening (the Pineapple logo) but then it's black screen and I got loop. Once I got even iPhone turned on again but just for 2 sec, then the loop again. When I'm trying to restore it shows me error 21. What can I do now?

PS. While I was creating custom firmware I chosen old botroom instead of new which I have, could it be the reason of problems?

After making 'Just boot' like 10 times it finally turned ON. But what if it turns off again... Guys what should I do?

I did 4-3gs iphones using snowbreeze. 1 at ios 5.0 and the others at 5.01
1 worked just fine at 5.0 jailbroken, untethered, and unlocked.
The second one I did at 5.01 worked fine JB, untethered and unlocked. It has an issue with the imessage not working but i can live with that.
The next 2 went trough the entire process restored to a custom ipsw 5.01
They will not boot up. I can get them to DFU with ireb and restore to custom ipsw but they will not boot on their own.
I cannot see ibooty on my desktop and cannot find it to download or I would try it.
All basebands were at 05.13.04
Not sure if this helps anyone or if there are any suggestions from others on solutions.
