Well, I wanna restore back to ios 5.0 for the jailbreak since ios 5.0.1 wasn't much of a big difference in terms of the battery life. My question is can I do it as of now? and if so, how? Thanks

Can anybody confirm if this is even possible?

Have tried to restore to iOS 5 ipsw after putting my iPhone 4s into DFU mode and everything goes smoothly until it needs to verify via apples server and then returns an error code that correlates to 'This device is not eligible for the requested build'

i think apple may have stopped signing ios 5, which really sucks

As of 11:50 AM EST, i tried to restore but it gives an error 3194. Doesnt work anymore
