On FW 4.2.1, 5.0?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if it would be smart to update my i4 to 5.0 or should I wait for 5.0.1 JB?
I really want the new features but can wait for 5.0.1. if needed.
Is 5.0 still a tethered JB?

You can restore to IOS 5 now and it is a tethered jailbreak. The battery life seems great , no battery issue on Iphone 4.
