Help upgrading iPhone 3G[s]!!

good day; Today, my iphone 3gs got stucked in the apple logo while booting, i decided i am going to put in DFU, upgrade to 4.3 and then jailbreak with jailbreakme, but is there any way to do an upgrate to a non-latest firmware? how do I do that? Thank You!!!

First, you need to know if you have any blob saved in cydia, go check with tiny umbrella if you have any. You may need to find out your ECID and manually input into TU in order for you to download the blob from cydia.

yeah but TU wont recognize it cuz its bricked

TU won't recognize if your iphone is in frozen mode, dfu or recovery mode as a device. You need to find out your ECID and manually input and request blobs from Cydia.

Ok i created the custom device in TU!! what should i do next?

So... i have the blobs what do i do?

Look under general tab, if it is 4.3 blob, then you can start tss server running.
Create a custom firmware of 4.3, put iphone into pwned dfu mode, run itunes : shift /option + restore to this custom firmware.

You can use snowbreeze , redsnow 0.9.9 b7 (mac only) or Pwnage tools to create cfw.

I have already jailbroken it 7 times using redsn0w sn0wbreeze jailbreakme etc. i updated the baseband to 6.15, it works but it wont unlock it (carrier)!!, ive tried ultrasn0w, sn0wbreeze, even purplesn0w it just doesnt do anything!! i just have a fat ipod now...

You can try the latest sn0wbreeze now that you are already on BB 6.15 and create CW. Read it somewhere that you can upgrade under that baseband. Just try, I don't have 3gs so not tried yet.

Go check your baseband again, is it still 6.15.00
Did you hactivate your iphone or you use a sim to activate it ?
If you hactivate, try installing SAM , google search if you don't know how.

I tried SAM, it didnt work either

If you have the official sim, try restoring to custom firmware, let it activate , do your jailbreak and unlock. Setup up as a new iphone.
