3gs iOS 5 custom restore but now cydia icon

I just restore the custome iOS5 to my 3gs, after restore, there is no cydia icon appear on the phone anyone know what happen? my basebase still at 05.13.04 which can be used ultrasn0w for unlock.
anyone help pls

This custom firmware of IOS 5 doesn't jailbreak , only preserve bb, jailbreak with redsn0w and then unlock with Ultrasn0w.
