5.0 is the current firmware Apple is serving, and signing.
You have 5.0 blobs saved, which means you could downgrade to 5.0 if Apple were still playing the same signing game they used to. But Apple doesn't play that game anymore, so your 5.0 blobs are probably useless.
You don't have 4.3.5 blobs (or any other blobs) which means you CANT downgrade to any firmware besides the current one at Apple [5.0]. This means that if you try to restore to 4.3.5 it won't work.
You still have 4.3.5 firmware installed, so you might be able to save your blobs with iFaith, but if it doesn't work, you won't ever be able to restore to 4.3.5 or downgrade back to it in the future.

The bottom that show 4.3.5 is what you have on your iphone. You don't have any blob for IOS 4. You can safely restore to IOS 5 to take advantage of the new features.

I just tried iFaith, but I don't think it supports 4.3.5

There is no point saving 4.3.5 blob as there isnt any untethered jailbreak , just restore to iOS 5

Thing is that I'm using a gevey sim. And 5.0 won't work with the gevey sim. Sigh...I hate this.
So there is no way to restore my phone...correct? I just want to wipe everything and start from a clean install with no jailbreak. But don't want to update to 5.0

Restore to custom firmware to preserve your IOS 4 baseband, your Gevey Sim will work at IOS 5 with IOS 4 bb, not sure how reliable the signal will be but it works.

Hmm if I do that, and it doesn't work I can't go back to 4.3.5 because I don't have SHSH blobs right?
And I can't find any reputable sites that says Gevey Sim works with 5.0 with BB 4.10.01

Thanks a lot. I also have one more question, if by accident I upgrade/restore to 5.0 through itunes without preserving my bb, would the SHSH blobs that I have on TU have the same 4.10.01 baseband? Just wondering for future references

No , you cannot downgrade bb once updated , you can only do it while apple signs iOS 4.xx but not anymore, so be careful not to use stock firmware as you need to use gevey sim
