Jailbreak 3GS on 5.0

I have an iPhone 3gs on firmware 5. Are there any unthreared jailbreak for the 5.0 firmware for 3GS out right now?

Nope everthing is tethered right now.

Or they have something called semi tethered. So if ya away from ya computer and ya phone reboots it will boot back. But can only make phone calls and other stuff.
