Default Removing settings and data for sale of JB iPhone 4 while retaining 4.3.3 -- need help!

Really need some expert advice here. I'm selling my iPhone 4 (AT&T) which I've kept on 4.3.3 with a baseband of 04.10.01. It's jailbroken (but not unlocked) with redsnow. All of my SHSHs through 4.5 are saved. The purchaser wants to retain that iOS for obvious reasons, and I want to make sure all of my data/settings/etc are wiped from the phone.

I've tried to use tiny umbrella to do a "restore" to 4.3.3, but iTunes will have none of it.

I've tried the "erase all settings and data" and the phone just goes into the spinning wheel mode.

Please, if someone has a step-by-step I'd really appreciate it. My own preliminary research hasn't provided the answers.

Again -- the key here is to remove all of my personal data before selling.

    Thanks much.

Spinnig wheels ? You need a restore to 4.3.3 if only you have the blob saved, otherwise IOS 5 restore is imminent.

Yes I have the blobs. Just can't get iTunes to take the restore.
