Iphone 4 No wifi, imei, searching error

Hey i got this iphone 4 from a customer. it has wifi and bluetooth greyed out. no imei or baseband version showing and it keeps saying searching at the top left, i know this happens on the new 3gs after august 2011, but this iphone 4 is a year old, 2010 week 27, and i used 0.9.9b7 if that helps. need help please =\

Have you tried restoring to stock firmware to see if it comes back. If it is under warranty, go for an exchange.

yea, no luck like the other 8 iphones i have rofl, i just dont understand how this phone has grey wifi, if there are no baseband updates for iphone 4s in redsn0w aside from regular upgrading lol
