IPhone 4 downgrade from ios 5.0 to ios 4.3.5 without shsh possible?

i hope someone can help, I messed up i wanted to upgrade from ios 4.0.1 to ios 4.3.3
But i didnt save the shsh using tinyumbrella i didnt realise i had to and assumed that cydia would have these saved on their server.
I was up all hours trying to jailbreak with custom ios 4.3.3 and started to load the new firmware then stopped i got 3194 errors.. used tinyumbrella deleted the gs.apple ip add ect...
The fone got stuck in DFU mode nothing made it come out. I then thought i would use itunes and restore using fresh ios 4.3.3 WITHOUT jailbreaking again no luck. I then thought it try and see what itunes comes up with if i let it see. It came up with Ios 4.3.5 but i didnt want this so i left it and called it a night and slept on it. I woke up after 2 hours sleep (still with a bricked iphone 4). I realised that ios 4.3.5 would have to do and at least there is a teathered jailbreak. But to my suprise itunes come up with ios 5.0 and wouldnt let me restore to 4.3.5.
I then became despersate and restored to Ios 5.0.. And boy do i regret it i hate it. my car will not show my contacts on bluetooth. and im sure theres 101 other things not compatible i still havnt tried the ipod dock in my other car, im sure it wont work either...
I have lost all my tweeks and boy do i miss my sb settings!! why cant apple fix up and have a fone that does things that all other fones can do outa the box..

how can i downgrade to ios 4.3.5?? im not even bothered about jailbreak now i need my bluetooth to show my contacts ect.. this it the reason i wanted to upgrade from ios 4.0.1.
I didnt save my shsh blobs, by the time i reaslied it was to late and i was stuck in DFU mode..

Please help

Not possible, you're stuck on iOS5. Either stick with it, tethered, semi-tethered or fresh. Or, well that's it.

Trade it with someone for a lower firmware iPhone4, or purposely brick/break it and take it to an apple store if you're in warranty *risky*.


But currently those are your only options.

ive tried using itunes to restore to ios 4.3.5 and it comes up with an error something like the software update server is unavailble or of something of that nature, which made me believe that i may have some luck..

At the moment its not even about the jailbreak its about the phone working as it should do with my car bluetooth....

Only apple changes things that screw u over when u go to a newer firmware that recreates n older problem....

if i had to guess, i would say thats apple's canned response to a request to validate an OS which is doesnt sign anymore.



which OS are you on?

i used cydia to jb and i run windows, and had trouble getting some machines to recognize my SHSH. (btw, if youre on windows, make sure you shut off skype, since they use the same port and one can interfere with the other.)

Hi im running IOS 5.0
Ive just used tinyumbrella and backed my shsh
I looked at the log andIm smiling look like cydia has shsh blobs for 4.2.1
soo looks like within the next hour or so ill have my iphone on ios 4.2.1 and jailbroken so i can use my tweeks and hopefullly see whos calling on my bluetooth!!
I would say anyone whos upgraded to IOS 5.0 or any other ios who didnt save there shsh blobs, do it right away and who knows you may have the blobs for a previous version that you will be happier with...
i will keep you posted and let you know how i get on ..

I upgraded from jalbroken ios 4.0.1 to ios 5.0 realised i made a mistake then i saved my shsh blobs and look in the log in tinyumbrella and saw that i cydia had shsh blobs for my device on ios 4.2.1 so i downgraded using snowbreeze 2.2.1 and now my baseband is stuck on 04.11.08.
How can i fix this? the fone was bought sim free but i cant use my sim in it no more
