HELP!!!! With old 2G

OK, I need help, but here is the story....

I was given an iphone 2g about a year ago. I had planned to use it a an itouch for the kids to mess with around the house. After just activating it then immediately cancelling service, it worked just fine. I eventually did the jailbreak to it using Blackra1n. Everything was working great. I decided to unlock it and used Cydia to download Bootneuter. According to everything I read, the settings showed it was unlocked, however it would not accept any other sim card.

After alot of playing, last night i decided to just do a restore thru itunes, thinking it would undo the jailbreak and unlock and start over with current ways of unlocking and jailbreaking. I had tried to run redsn0w 0.9.4 and had both the 3.1.3 and 3.1.2 restore ipsw's on the computer but redsn0w would not recognize either.

So anyway, after doing the restore thru itunes the phone now sets at the "connect to itunes or emergency call" screen and itunes shows the picture below... What went wrong, how do I fix??

Activate it with official sim or jailbreak with redsn0w from emergency screen.

Ok... as I said above, redsn0w does not work. The sim the phone was activated with is in the phone.

are you sure you have the correct version of redsn0w for 3.1.2/3.1.3?

I finally got it. The problem was I was running redsn0w in Windows 7 but not In xp compatibility mode.

Well, I thought I had it. The phone is up and running but my Youtube app does not work...
