Can't get rid of "error 2005"

Hi all,
My friend has an iPhone 4 (GSM) iOS 4.2.1 Jailbroken w/ greenpois0n. The problem is that it gets stock and that greenpois0n logo no matter how much he waits. I tried to update it to ios 5 but it won't let me, tried to update it to 4.3.x and it doesn't give me. Then, I used tiny umbrella to use the tss server to trick the itunes and it keep giving me error 2005 no matter what I do.

k can u open with iTunes with phone in dfu mode and restore that way of that doSent work I will call a buddy of mine at apple and c what he suggest
