Default how can I get my Cydia sources back?

Due to a Cydia startup issue with being stuck at "loading data", I had to delete .list files under //private/etc/apt/sources.list.d
Now Cydia starts, but I lost the built-in sources like apt.saurik.com, cydia.zodttd.com etc (I think they're built-in ones)

I tried copy some .list files but that doesn't work.
I basically don't have user-downloaded packages like OpenSSH yet.
How do I get the sources back?

Your jailbreak was it redsn0w, if it is then run redsn0w again to jailbreak to see if it comes back. It may not work., give it a shot.

Yes it was redsn0w. I did the jailbreak again with the Cydia install option and the already-pwned option.

I got two sources back under "Installed by Package": apt.saurik.com and repo666.ultrasn0w.com. Did I miss some?

I used iFunBox to delete. I restored and jailbroke many times, with the same result: Cydia runs, downloads packages, then displays the message: "Error: Refreshing data" and "failed to fetch http://repo.smxy.org/cydia/apt/dists/xena/Release.gpg" (and another similar message about smxy.org). This source is the one listed in the file ste.list under //private/etc/apt/sources.list.d

If I don't do anything after this, then Cydia becomes stuck at "loading data" and nothing can be done with it. If I just remove the file
ste.list it still doesn't work. But, when I deleted all the files in the folder, Cydia started again, but lost all the regular sources.

How can I get rid of the bad repo.smxy.org source only?

"smxy" does not appear in my
    var/lib/apt/lists or
    var/lib/apt/lists/partial

Curious, if something is in //private/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ should it also be found under /var/lib/apt/lists ?
