URGENT! Need help restoring ipad 1!

Hello, I am new here. I just needed some help. My ipad is stuck with a black screen, so I tried to restore it, itunes says the restore is successful and my ipad is rebooting but my ipad doesnt reboot and it keeps coming back to the black screen and itunes asked me to restore it again.I tried everything, I used TU, I used fix recovery, I used ibooty, and i used ireb but still no luck. if i try to restore again, it gives me a 3194 error, but i can fix that error using ireb. but after i use ireb, it goes through the whole restore process and then just turns black again and itunes asks me to restore again. I've been trying to fix this for over 13 hours! Can somebody please help me? Thanks in advance.

I dont care much about jailbreaking, I just want to be able to use the ipad!

Restore to iOS 5 to get your iPad booted up , then downgrade to firmware which you have blob using custom firmware.

Is your iPad wifi only ?

If you have only wofi model, it means there isn't any Baseband check. You shouldn't be getting dfu screen once booted up unless you don’t have the blob or is corrupted .

I dont have blob, how do I make it?

Huh, that is why you end up in dfu mode, now you can only restore to iOS 5 and do a tethered jailbreak with redsnow 0.9.9b6

Easy, update iTunes to 10.5 , download iOS 5 fw and shift + restore . If you face error then we will go from there.

This doesnt make any sense but when I try to restore using ios 5, it gives me a 1600 error. but I've gotten this error before and I am aware that ireb can fix this error, but ireb is not fixing the problem

Go to up your hosts file and delete all line with gs.apple.com

wow now i get a 2005 error, i googled it and tried the advice given which is change the usb connection. it still gives me a 2005 error. This is making me very mad.

I wish I was joking, but im not. This feels like a nightmare that I should wake up from right about now.

Yes! I fnally was able to restore my ipad using ios 5 with some google searches. I am very happy right now that I can at least use it. Now time for the jailbreaking part. Where do I start with this?

I got you with the thanks. Everything worked perfectly! Just one question, since it is tethered, when i need to reboot the ipad, it will not be jailbroken anymore? So does this mean that is wont have any of the apps that i download from iXxxxxxxx and also, do i just plug it in and jailbreak with redsnow to fix it again?

If you reboot not respiring , you run redsnow and do tether boot. Please do not mention any piracy here and if you do , no help will be given.
