greenpois0n fix confusing cydia

I had to restore my firmware to 4.3.3 and used greenpois0n to jailbreak
I then used Aptbackup to restore my apps
Then i realized i had to re-jailbreak with redsn0w to fix the vibration switch issue
Now, in cydia, under packages, it only shows what i've installed since re-jailbreaking and it doesn't show anything else i installed through Aptbackup...
Is there some way to get cydia to redetect the packages or something without another restore? Please help!

Close to impossible, you need a restore.

You shouldn't be using aptbackup or pkgbackup as some of the tweaks that are meant for IOS 4 are not compatible with ios 5. Do a fresh start is the best thing to do.

it wasn't from ios 5, it was from 4.3.3 to 4.3.3 (phone's time was acting up)
