Default downgrade ios 5 to 4.3.3 problems

    hello All,

I have downgraded my iphone 4 several times in the past but i upgraded to ios5 to try it & have now tried to downgrade to 4.3.3

itunes gives an error (1). ive used tiny umbrella, fix recovery43, recboot & fix recovery on the latest redsnow jailbreak extras section & the phone is still showing the connect to itunes logo. Does anybody have any ideas how to kick it out?

Afaik apple stopped or modified the use of shsh blobs, so they are much harder to use to downgrade with

If you want to downgrade to 4.2.6 or 4.2.8, you need to use custom firmware.

I downgraded the other day without many problems. I used the latest TinyUmbrella and redsn0w and went straight to 4.3.3 as thats the only firmware I had on my iPhone 4 when I brought it and it stayed at that till I upgraded to IOS5 the other day.
As IOS5 was so buggy I went back to 4.3.3.

Just put it in DFU mode then turn on TinyUmbrella and downgrade. If it gives you a ERROR 1 then do it again. When it gives you a ERROR 1601 then tell Redsn0w to get it out of restore mode and your good to go.

BTW, Took me about 3 times to get it downgraded. ERROR 1 came up twice and I tried pwned DFU mode which didn't work so I used normal DFU mode which did work.
Apple wants clones instead of customers.
