I have recently upgraded my iphone 3gs to 4.1 from 4.0. While dialing a number my phone says "call failed" i have tried the options like
1) changing location ( country name )
But my problem was not solved

do i need to restore again or is there any solution for that ?

i need to upgrade my phone to 4.3.5/4.3.3 and unlock it. Which is the best version to unlock the phone
i need an untethered jailbreak and unlock it

do we have untethered jailbreak for ios 5 ??
