What took you so long, you should have done it by today. I remember helping you about 2 days ago...
If you try and restore to stock 4.3.5 using 4.3.5 blob, you will end up in Dfu mode.

when i restored it back to 4.3.5 i just left it like this because my phone was not activated
so i couldnt do anything
my german sim card just arrived this morning
so i updated using this method
Preserve Baseband on iPhone 4 during iOS 5 Upgrade – Windows Users | Iphone 4 Jailbreak.org
because if i do it like this i can still use me gevey sim
but something went wrong and know i'm stuck at ios 5 bb 04.11.08

"You can only downgrade your firmware if you have the blob and use custom firmware"

Yes, you can downgrade using custom firmware if you have the blob but not your baseband. Gevey sim is not going to work on 04.11.00 bb
To downgrade :
Build your custom firmware.
Put iphone into pwned dfu mode
Start tss server with saved blob
Run itunes and restoe to cfw of whatever you built.

Restoring to custom firmare doesn't flash baseband, your baseband is not going to change . Just wait for some new sim in the near future or sell this iphone and buy a factory unlocked , solve all your problem.

I am positive unless if you can ask some insider at apple company to flip the switch for you to restore to 4.3.5 , didn't i tell you before that you should do it while apple still signs 4.3.5 cos 4.3.4 and 4.3.5 bb are the same.
I just upgraded my baseband too but intentionally as i have a factory unlocked iphone.
Did you buy this iphone under contract ? You can contact the person who has contract , pay him like 50 if he could ask his provider to unlock it permanentlyLast edited by iYeow; 10-18-2011 at 11:27 PM.
