It is although I'm not entirely sure ultrasn0w has been updated. I'd hold off. Lemme find out for you

I'd like to know this urgently too as I've tried to upgrade to ios5 but I haven't had any luck so I had to restore back to my iphone version 4.3.3 baseband of 6.15.00 if anyone has any solution to this I will appreciate it thank you.

No, Ultrasn0w has not been updated yet to work with unlockabble baseband. If this is your spare phone , you can update to ios 5 but no signal if you want unlock.

My phone is already unlocked from what I can tell if I update with snow breeze will I get reception with ios5?

It will not be unlocked once you update to IOS 5. You need to unlock for other carrier but there is no unlock tool yet.
