Did I just broke my iphone..?

Hi,
I tried to update to iOS5..
I had 4.1 version and I did:

downloaded iPhone3,1_5.0_9A334_Restore.ipsw, opened redsn0w, extras, custom ipsw - loaded downloaded ipsw, saved custom ipsw, iphone into DFU, loaded previously saved custom ipsw in itunes. \

Aaand now I can't go enter DFU mode to jailbreak.
It may be important - my iphone needs ultrasn0w, which Im missing now cause can't jailbreak..
I found some old file: iPhone3,1_4.2.1_8C148_Restore.ipsw but can't try to restore it because can't enter DFU mode.. And also don't want to risk anything.
Could you pleease advice what would be the best to do now...?

If you rely on Ultrasn0w, don't update to IOS 5. To downgrade back, you need to need to put iphone into pwned dfu first, use the tool to help you.
