iPhone 4 - cannot upgrade to iOS5

iphone 4 - 4.3.5 non - JB
itunes - 10.5

after iTunes extracts 5.0, then iTunes say, internal error in iPhone 4 and hence cannot upgrade (or something similar)

Same problem needs help!!!!
I need to upgrade to ios5 but itunes is showing me error 3194. I have troubleshooted every step given on apple support but still the same error coming. I am on iOS 4.3.5 and I jailbreak my device through redsn0w which is a tethered jailbreak. Plz suggest me how can I solve this problem.

Run tiny umbrella, uncheck : set hosts file to cydia and close TU, do your restore.
