Jailbreaking help needed please.

Just picked up an iPhone with 4.3.5 installed. I believe this is the only version this phone has seen. Any ideas on how I can jailbreak it? It's already unlocked but need the jailbreak for mms. Also I don't want to redo it every time I reboot the phone. Thanks!!

It is tethered so if ya need to reboot you will need a pc to boot ya phone back up
