Help with restoring/clearning iPhone 3GS?

Hi guys, I have an iPhone 3GS bb 06.15.00, on fw 4.3.3,

I have someone buying the phone, so I'm needing to clear my stuff. I think restoring would be the easier way.

I can't remember what to do since I have the iPad bb.

If not, could you guys tell me what I need to make sure I clear if i don't restore?

Go to iTunes and do a full restore and update it to 4.3.5 unless he wants to stay in 4.3.3 fw

I tried this, took more than 6 hours, it stopped because phone died itself

Don't I need a custom ipsw since my baseband is 06.15.00? I need to unlock and jailbreak it as well.
