Default Looking for a JB feature, mobile Safari = non-mobile?

I don't think this is an app, but I'm pretty sure I saw something in Cydia once that would trick websites into thinking my device wasn't a mobile device. I'm tired of surfing to places on my iphone or ipad and being given a scaled down version of a site and no option to switch to the full site instead. Does anyone know what "app" I'm talking about? I've searched Cydia and can't find it.

All I can find when searching Cydia is a bunch of icon themes for skyfire.

I use a browser called "iCabMobile" which does the same thing gives you an option to trick sites into thinking your using anything from firefox to IE works pretty good. This too is an app store app.
