Possible for me to JB?

Hi I was just wondering if it was possible for me to JB my i4.
I am currently on 4.2.1 and I heard 4.3.5 is tethered and we should avoid it.
If I restore my phone, is it possible for me to goto 4.3.3 JB? Or would I have to go to
4.3.5 then downgrade?
Or should I just wait for ios5?

Well if I was u, I would not go to 4.3.5...I'm on 3GS with 4.2.1 jb with greenpoison rc 6.1... U can jb with that I think...or with redsnow but I forget what version...maybe someone else can help..google or search around for options...

If u never jb before u most likely can't goto 4.3.3 cuz u don't have shsh blobs for that ver..apple not signing that ver anymore...download and run tiny umbrella and click save blobs. Check tab for whAt blobs it comes back with..then go into advanced tab and check request from cydia and save blobs again..check for all blobs u have..if u only come back with 4.3.5, then that's the only one u can restore...no blobs=no restore if going backwards from current version..

iOS 5 looks pretty good and should run well on ip4...if I were u, I would also download and run iFaith..google that one...whAt that will do is dump blobs from your currently working phone of your current version on the phone...4.2.1 u say...then u can use those to have iFaith create a signed ipsw of that version so you can restore again to that version in the future...if u need to...I have built mine cuz 4.2.1 is best ver for 3GS..4.3.x sucks on 3GS..

I got this replacement after 4.3.2 came out..fortunately it came with the awesome 4.2.1!! So I did the iFaith thing so I can restore to 4.2.1 again if the phone messes up..do some research on iFaith and TU...learn bow to use them..good luck..
