    Default jailbraking and warrenty

Hey guys.. I know this is going to be a bit long but if you can read it and help me it would be great

    I just bought a new iphone4g 4.3.3 this week (I know, great timing with the new 4S... :P )
and up till now I'm pretty disappointed after spending two weeks with my moms new galaxy s ii..
after reading around I think that jailbreaking will give me what I'm looking for (almost endless options) and get that ball and chains apple has put on me off..

My main concern is the warranty. Its only been a week since I got it so I'm still not sure everything is going to work ok.
The thing is, I bought the device from a certain carrier, lets call them X (I'm not from the states so you wont know the carriers) and two days after the purchase switched to a different carrier. (we have laws here that phone companies aren't allowed to bind customers by contract and if one carrier offers a refund deal, they have to offer the same deals to anyone no matter where they have purchased their cellphones..) but I still get my phone fixed (if needed) through carrier X.
For this reason, they will probably use any excuse they can to NOT fix my iphone and call off the warranty.

What I'm asking, obviously, is there anyway for them to know I jailbroke the phone even after restoring it?
I keep reading different answers and can't seem to get any conclusive one..

(btw, I wrote a real long message on my iphone and wanted to copy it but instead pasted something old and lost the whole message.. is there any "undo" option?)

    Thanks a lot!!!

Your carrier can find out if you jailbroke your iphone but have not seen any carrier sending out warning that they will void your warrranty if you jailbreak.
Besides, the warranty is from Apple not your carrier. If there is any problem with your device and needed servicing, all you need to do is a restore and bring it in, you won't have any problems if they don't physically see the jailbreak.

You can just jailbreak your 4.3.3 with jailbreakme.com 3.0 from safari on your iphone. It only takes a minute to do so.

Jailbreaking is the best. I suggest doing it. Sooo many things available to upgrade the iPhone. Awesome
