HELP! iPhone 4 JB-4.3.1 to JB-OS5.0GM ???

I have a Jailbroken iPhone 4 running 4.3.1 FW

Now that the OS5.0 GM is out, I wanted to know the proper steps in upgrading my phones firmware?

Do I restore in iTunes to 4.3.1? Should I have anything running in the background?(TU) Or set my phone in a specific mode?(DFU)

Steps would be greatly appreciated, Cheers!

You must have a developer account for IOS 5 GM , why can't you wait until Oct 14 for public release, unless this is a spare phone where you can afford to loose for the time being, I woudn't advise you to use GM nor beta version.

I, myself never venture into Beta version as there are too much risks and problems involved.
