I have new iphone4, which is factory unlock. I just updated it with 4.3.5 now few hrs back.

Now I would like to jailbreak it. So please can someone guide me to the complete procedure to how to jailbreak 4.3.5

No 4.3.5 is tethered you will have to boot tethered if ya restart ya phone or anything that requires a reset
