Hi Guys,

ist gen iphone 3g ,bb 5.15.04 , 4.2.1

I need a link to a firmware 4.2.1 for jailbreaking.

the one i just downloaded does not work,i do not know if this is bcoz it's not supported already or i am doing something wrong.

i use to just rename the zip file to .ipsw and it would work,but this time its not working for me.

any suggestions please wil be greatly appreciated.

if changing the *.zip to *.ipsw does not work. Try downloading the firmware file with Firefox, that browser will let you download the file as is. Hope it also helps. good luck n.n
