Please send me screenshots of what you see.
Press the home and sleep buttons at the same time on your device; this will save the screen as a picture in your camera roll. You can then either send them to me with the ModMyi app from the App Store or by transferring them to your computer. Either way, you'll need to find this thread and attach the screenshots to a reply.

Not sure what you mean there, but if you can't send me screenshots, don't worry about it. You can use redsn0w on your computer instead.
Download the latest beta version from ModMyi's downloads page, then extract the contents of the zip file and run redsn0w.exe. Plug in your device and then choose to jailbreak.

On your computer, go to modmyi.com/downloads.php and click the redsn0w_win_0.9.9b3 or redsn0w_mac_0.9.9b3 link on the right. Win is for Windows, Mac is for Mac OS X.

Look for the Cydia app on your device. If it's not there, it's not jailbroken.

I'm sorry, I can't understand that, could you please rephrase it?

If you're saying that you don't want to lose anything you've paid for from iTunes or the App Store, you won't because Apple lets you re-download anything you've bought from them without having to pay for it again.

When there is a cydia icon, then you are jailbroken.

As iYeow said, if you see the Cydia app anywhere on your home screen, your device is jailbroken.
Its icon is brown with a picture of a box in the middle; similar to the App Store's icon.

I am running on 4.3.3 and went into safari and typed in jailbreakme.com. Took me right to the cydia screen and that was it. You might want to check the spelling
