Ok, let's try and clarify my situation:
The iphone itself originally got stuck on apple logo after I tried to reset and could not boot.
Now after I tried bringing this iphone to apple store for technician to take a look is in recovery mode loop, I get itunes cd with usb cable on the iphone screen.
with that said, I still get exact same message in itunes everytime I try to connect iphone to computer using usb cable:

I'm sry but I laugh whenever I hear about someone clicking any reset button
Never do that if your jailbroken especially if your unlocked
As for unlocking it again apparently they have figured out how to unlock iOS5 so u might be in luck real soon like in 1-2 weeks

I will never click on reset again in my life lol....
At this point my main concern is to be able to connect my iphone to itunes and being able to restore any firmware, cause right now I cant even do that!

Have u tried entering DFU mode?
If u need help with this search YouTube for "iPhone enter DFU mode"
You will then need to block the host file and use TinyUmbrella to do the restore
Need any help with this just ask it's alot to type on an iPhone

Your image is too blur for us to see even if i magnify it. Have you tried to restore to the latest firmware to get it booted up again.

I can read the error in the picture fine, if it helps, it says "iTunes could not contact the iphone software update server because you are not connected to the Internet. Make sure your connection is active and try again."

Hi i need to upgrade to ios5 but itunes is showing me error 3194. I have troubleshooted every step given on apple support but still the same error coming. I am on iOS 4.3.5 and I jailbreak my device through redsn0w which is a tethered jailbreak. Plz suggest me how can I solve this problem.
