help...sold iphone 4, trying to retore but stuck in recovery mode
Ok so i'm trying to restore my iphone 4 to 4.3.2 and it's stuck in recovery....i've tried using the fix recovery app from tinyumbrella, but everytime i try to open the app i keep getting a "this application was unable to open properly" and it shuts down...is there another method i can use to kick this phone out of recovery??

Do you have 4.3.2 shsh blob ?
Try fix recovery 43 , not from within TU
Put your recovery iphone into dfu mode and apply this

Put the two files onto your desktop and try that.
If this doesn't kick it out, run redsn0w 0.9.9b1, there is a feature to kick it out too.
Let me know which one will do it for you.

If you are restoring to firmware apple no longer signs, then you need to run tss server to verify your restore with saved blob. Do you see your 4.3.2 blob under general tab.

That is good, if you have 4.3.3 blob, in TU select iphone 4 bb update and use tss server for verification and restore to 4.3.3, you should not get any error.
If you don't check you will end at error 1013
You can restore to custom firmware of 4.3.3 to avoid error.Last edited by iYeow; 10-03-2011 at 10:03 PM.
