    Default stuck on apple logo

    updated ifile in Cydia and asked me to respring, eversince that my phone flashing and restarts with apple logo endlessly until now, i really dont want to do a restore unless it is now impossible to do anything .. please help me solve this

    iphone 3GS 4.2.1 Locked to 3 network, jailbreak using snowbreeze custom FW and unlocked using ultrasnow,

    have all the shsh blobs (so far) .. please help me.. i really dont know what to do...

    no only ifile cause it crashes so i thought updating it will help AND When the installation completes it asks to respring, i do respring and it takes forever and it boot on the apple logo until now.. please help

    Do you have openssh installed on your phone? If not, Do a search for ssh ramdisk method.

    I got the phone to boot with the same issue you had!!! Just like before with all my data! The only thing that is missing are some Cydia apps. I had someone in an irc chat that*moved the contents of*/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries to another folder, and the phone booted!!!! He asked me what I updated in Cydia, as we could probably nuke the items, but i couldn't remember, and then I asked why can't we just wipe it all out, and he liked my suggestion and it worked!

    I think this would work for anyone with apple logo freezing issue after updating Cydia programs! We may have broke some ground here! I must have booted the phone 80 times and as soon as I moved that stuff out, it booted!

    P.S, in your case you may only have to delete ifile in that directory I mentioned.

    i cannot enter DFU mode... everytime i do the steps the phone goes into recovery mode.. the screen shows usb connecting to itunes... any idea? please help im so in need of my phone right now

    oh now i can get into DFU mode.. but i dont know what to do next
