Upgrade To 4.3.5

Afternoon to all and what a great forum (introduction over)
I'm after a bit of advice.....My sons jailbroken iphone 4 is currently running Software Version 4.1, and I would like to update it to Software Version 4.3.5 so he can play newer games and apps.........Is it as straight forward as updating the software with itunes ? and then jailbreaking with Redsn0w or another tool.

Yea it's not that complicated. But it's tethered so that's the only downfall for that

So.....Could I upgrade to an older software that you could recommend that allows the jailbreak to be untethered ?

If you have 4.3.3 then yes ya could see if ya have any shsh's download tinyumbrella and check what ones or if ya have any saved

Ya I would I'm on 4.3.3 right now and won't go to 4.3.5 cause it's tethered and some ppl complain about bugs. iOS 5 won't be to much longer. An we got some good devs so soon after hopefully there will be a unthered jailbreak for it

Hi. If you get stuck on 4.3.5 try pwnage tool 4.3.3 and build custom firmware and JB in the one action. It's real easy and self explanatory to use. Just download pwnage tool 4.3.3.
