Upgrading iPhone 4; 4.1 to 4.3

I was thinking of upgrading my iPhone 4, 4.1 to 4.3..
I don't need to unlock it but right now it is 4.1
and to be honest, I don't remember how to upgrade lol (or how to upgrade safely).

I was just thinking of finding a 4.3 online, then upgrading with iTunes (holding shift) then using Jailbreakme.. since it seems like a simple method. But I don't want to ruin my iPhone. Just checking if it's safe or not.

Is there any reason why you want 4.3.3 and do you have the blob , otherwise 4.3.5 will be your firmware and no untethered jailbreak yet.
You should wait for the Ios 5 release and jailbreak.

There's really no reason why I want 4.3, just figured I'd update my firmware a little further, since there's an app I want that won't run unless I upgrade to 4.2
