Waiting for Activation?

Hi, first time poster here!
I am having EXACTLY the same problem, and I do mean exact. Same phone, BB, firmware, carrier.

Did you ever manage to solve this? Mine was working perfectly up until about 6 weeks ago and then it was hit with 'No Service'. I have tried everything

Hey,
Sorry for your loss, but ive not had any luck with it. I went to O2 the other day and they told me my phone was most certainly barred. Meaning I canīt use it in the UK.
Now as to your problem, I think you should be able to fix it by simply restoring. I did and it stopped showing waiting for activation but still didnīt get any Service.
Now unless you have moved to a diffrent country recently, you deffinately donīt have the same thing as I do and I most certainly think your iTunes is just being daft. Hence, restore and it should be fine. Incase that doesnīt work also try doing the following reset.
Turn of your phone and then hold Home and Power button at the same time until the phone flashes then it will restart itself!
