Just Purchased Jailbroken/Unlocked iPhone 3gs - Troubleshooting

Hello all,

I wanted to first and foremost say that I am excited to have joined the forums . I have recently purchased a unlocked/jailbroken iPhone 3gs with version 4.1 (8B117) and am having some issues with the phone.

Whenever I use iTunes or Groove Monkey, I am unable to sync any music//videos//pictures to the phone. It works fine with my normal iPod, but it will simply not do it with the iPhone I just purchased. Can anyone guide me through the process on what may be wrong and how I can go about correcting this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

More than likely, the phone is linked & synced to a different users account. All apps, music, etc are authorized for the prior owner.

If your iTunes is signed on and authorised, you can sync your iPhone and all unauthorised apps currently on your iPhone should be deleted by iTunes .
