HELP trying to update to ios5beta7, ireb not putting iphone into blank screen
I have an iPhone 4 on iOS 4.3.5, trying to update to ios 5 beta 7. Sn0wbreeze successfully makes the custom ipsw (i rely on the gevey sim unlock) and ireb starts up, phone goes into dfu with no problem but when ireb finishes running and says your phone is now in a blank screen, the phone boots up instead. Please help!

Wait for iOS 5 to come out. Don't update to a beta version.

ok, forgetting about ios 5, I actually do need help with the ireb part. any suggestions?

Not sure about iReb, but redsn0w will do a tethered jailbreak for 4.3.5. There isn't a untherethed jailbreak at this point, as far as I know.
