Selling iPhone question and keeping jailbreak?

I'm eligible for a full upgrade according to AT&T and plan to use once the iPhone 5 comes out. I'm on 4.3.3 now and jailbroken. How do I restore or wipe the phone so I can keep it on 4.3.3 so the next person can jail break it?

Download tiny umbrella on your computer and connect your iPhone to the computer and click save shah blobs. You should see 4.3.3 blob saved. Then click start TSS server in tiny umbrella. Then download the 4.3.3 firmware and Do a shift + restore in iTunes while tinyumbrellas TSS server is running
