Default Can you un-jailbreak an iPad but backup/restore your non-jailbroken apps?

If I jailbreak my iPad and then want to go back to stock (ie. final iOS 5 version or something), can I backup/restore my non-jailbroken apps? If so, how does that work?

Also, does RetinaPad work on iOS 5 beta?

You can unjailbreak by restoring again and do a backup restore. Retinapad is only for jail broken iPad.

    Thanks for the response.

I understand that I can restore the device (I've done that many times to unjailbreak my device), but if I created a backup with a jailbroken phone, I can still restore that backup after it's unjailbroken?

I thought that the backup created might have "invalid" (ie. jailbroken) data, etc.

Sure. An iTunes backup does not contain non-Apple (aka jb'd) items.
