iphone 4 help

my iphone 4 was on 4.0.1 wich has the unlockable b.b . I updated to 4.3 using tiny umbrella to 4.3.0 so i keeped my 1.59.00 b.b. I jailbroke my iphone with jailbreakme.com then i installed utrasn0w rebooted ,but my phone doesnt unlock ,i tried everything. When i put a att sim it says att but i only get one signal bar and i cant make any calls, with my t-mobile sim card it doesnt even show up.

Did you double check in your Settings app to make sure the baseband was properly preserved at 1.59.00?

yes it says 1.59.00

Hm, might be an issue with 4.3. You said 4.3 right? Not 4.3.3? It might work better on either 4.3.3 or 4.2.1, of course you'll need SHSHs saved for those in order to restore to them.

i dont, i got the phone used it only has shsh for 4.3 and 4.3.5 now i should of stayed on 4.0.1,

So you don't have any SHSHs at all except 4.3 and 4.3.5?

yes, i think my only option is to sell my iphone

Thats one option. Or you could get a Gevey Ultra SIM to unlock it for now. And then maybe when iOS 5 drops and ultrasn0w is updated for it, you could update to iOS 5, preserve your bb, and use ultrasn0w again.

But if you'd rather just sell, that's fine too. The Gevey Ultra from applenberry I hear good things about, think it's $30

i sold the iphone and bought another one . This one has firmware 4.0.2 just finished jailbreaking it and installing ultrasn0w ,happy to say it is working perfect. I only have one problem it has no saved shsh. I will run ifath so i can aleast have shsh to 4.0.2.
