Restores require SHSH blobs. 4.3.4 is unavailable so you can't restore it.

Although you wouldn't want to downgrade just to 4.3.4 would you? 4.3.3 is probably the best option if you want an untethered jailbreak.

It means as it says, Apple is no longer signing those firmware versions. Apple only signs current and new fw versions which right now is 4.3.5/4.2.10
Means SHSHs are required to restore to anything besides those.

It says you have SHSHs for 4.3.3, you can downgrade to it.
Run the TSS Server in TinyUmbrella, open iTunes, hold shift and click restore and select the stock 4.3.3 firmware (download it here in the Downloads section) and let your phone restore to it.
Edit: you might run into error 1013. attempt to use TU's "fix recovery" if it occurs. If that doesn't work, might have to go a different route.
