cydia help

ok first off i am new to this forum so i may have posted in the wrong place if so let me know or just move it.
so i have iphone 3g 4.2.1 jailbroken. recently when i open cydia i am immediatly taken to loading data/database page which is very similar to the downloading/install page. it then gives me thi list of errors: ( i know this isnt **mod edit**forum im just asking for friendly advice)

problem parsing dependency conficts
error occured while processing com.**mod edit**.swipetomovecursor (new version 1)
problem with mergelist /var/lib/apt/lists/repo.**mod edit**.org_._packages
the package lists or status fle could not be parsed or opened
problem parsing dependency conflicts

then it says return to cydia at bottom. upon returning it shows cydia homepage but all my sources and pagages and search doesnt work/ is gone. but they are still on my phone but arent listed. ive tried multiple reboots and it doesnt work in safe mode. i have ssh (no terminal or ifile on iphone, i cant download anything) and kind of know how to use (i can connect and navigate to files)

any help, even basic would be much appreciated. thanks everyone

Remove the repository as you'll be fine. Cydia/Manage/Sources/Edit

MMi does not allow cracked app / warez discussions.

yup theres no packages or sources

i think i may have found solution. ill test tomorrow
btw do u have any suggestions to speed up my phone?? i have backgrounding enabled and i clear that every time im not useing and im also using fake clock up
is there really anything else i can do? cuz my apps open then crash then i open again and they work
maybe it s just my phone. thank g=od for iphone 5 soon
