Hi. I am having problems with my iPhone. It does not receive Push Notifications. I want to install SAM so I can fix the push notification. I have to use Redsn0w 0.9.6b6 to Deactivate it. So when It tells me to choose my .ipsw do I click on 3.1.2 or 3.1.3? Because you told me to JB it with the 3.1.2 .ipsw

But I am guessing I should choose 3.1.3 ? Cause it's my firmware. I just need to make sure because I don't want to mess up.

Omg, I am getting reeallllyy frustrated right now!! O:< Push Notifications are never going to work for me ...
Okay I restored my iPhone, JB'd it, Unlocked it, Installed SAM, and FB PN's are still not working for me at all... I really need them ._. They worked while I was on the 4.0.2 fw, but It was super slow / laggy.

So I guess I should install a different firmware instead of 3.1.3 ?
I am thinking of upgrading it to 4.1.. or is it possible to get it to 4.2.1?

P.S. I DO NOT WANT TO UPDATE MY BB! I want it to stay at 05.13.04 I think I am not receiving PN's is that because I hacktivated my device. Should I activate it with a real AT&T SIM after I JB it? Thank you ..

Is it just Facebook? Facebook is kinda crappy TBH. It gives me about 25% of push notifications. I have to open the app to see new messages/comments/posts.

You could just buy an AT&T SIM, restore, activate with SIM, then jb as normal if it is your push I'm general not working.

+1 An AT&T sim is the perfect solution to activate everything. Saves a LOT of headaches !!
