Iphone 4 Jailbreak/Unlock Help

My friend bought an iPhone 4 off somebody and wants me to jailbreak it. I do not have any micro-sim to insert to the iPhone to access it. Right now it says No SIM card installed. Insert a valid sim with no pin lock to activate iphone. I have no idea what carrier it is from. It may be rogers. The firmware is 4.33, and baseband is 04.10.01-ICE_2_13.

Which method should I be using to jailbreak and unlock this phone without a sim card? Thank you in advance.

He needs to buy a Gevey Ultra SIM to unlock it. Preferably do that first before jailbreaking.
