I thought it was just a software problem and nothing to do with hardware.

Oh well, never know unless you try. It's easy to blame software, I do (haha).
I didn't think it would work, especially with the nand error during verbose boot.
Corrupted memory (the NAND) causes very strange software behavior, none of it good.
If you want to remove/replace the battery to force a complete power reset....
I give it a >1% chance

Il give it a go mate,
Il run another verbose boot aswel,
What am i looking for?
It runs quickly for me to scan everything lol.
Il try a reset as i have a fresh back to put on so i can atleast sell it in mint condition for spares and repair rather than a scratched back!
Il look online how to remove the battery now,

I'm not too sure what to look for. Anything that says error (haha)
Long repeating lines are not good, especially lots of them. Use a video camera

In most cases, one error leads to more errors. The very first error is most important.

Ok so i tried the battery reset,
Put the phone back together and it wont even turn on lol!
This just gets worse,
Going to double check all the connectors eventhough number 3 im finding really hard to secure,

Wish id uploaded a video of the verbose boot first now!
if i can get it booted though its being sold as spares or repairs!
See if i can get anything for it!

Worst comes to worst i can get 40 pounds for recycling,
Only paid 70!
