Previous cydia apps not showing (HELP)

Hi i recently installed pkgbkup and it messed my iphone 4 up. So by accident i deleted cydia. I jailbroke again, But now cydia won't reconize my previous apps that are installed already.
I don't know what to do? i tried hard reset but it just get stuck on the apple status bar screen on my iphone.
I don't want to restore by itunes because then i'll have to upgrade to 4.3.5. Am on 4.3.3 ATM.

I tried going into var/stash to find my application folder so i could delete the cydia apps, But the application folder isn't there, Only themes folder.
Can someone tell me where cydia stores it's downloaded apps so i could delete them because it's not showing.
Or is there any other ways to make cydia reconize my previous apps or delete them?

run Tiny Umberlla check if u got any SHSH lower then 4.3.5 saved (which if u were already jailbroken on 4.3.3 u should have that one at least shsh saved) and then u know which firmware u can downgrade !
if u need to know how to downgrade to a custom 4.3.3 im sure u can find it on this site !
